UPDATE: The option to reallocate Skill Points was only available for an hour. Act fast next time you see it. This is a deal for those players who use their Reward Points to purchase Skill Points. You can get a lot of health from crafting items in your buildable properties so it's not a rip off as some are suggesting.

Cannot understand why it is so short a time limit to utilise it - if you can only do it once, what is the problem with leaving the option open for a good few hours, so that those in different time zones can access it when they are playing the game, not just when Zynga think it is a good time?
