1,000 Reward Point Treasure Chest

We've all seen the Treasure Chest popup and asked if it's really possible to get 1,000 Reward Points.
We got the answer today when one lucky Mafia Wars player received 1,000 Reward Points from his Treasure Chest. His friend Hardrock Impulse posted the proof on the Mafia Wars Fan Page.
Our lucky player was so excited he got a little carried away with the language on his Facebook post. I would do the same thing, I'm sure he was shocked.

    I have only 3 points on home page now and next to Brazil on pulldown it says NEW?
    There seems to be no new districts?
    Whats that all about?
