Property Manager by Team Spockholm

Share:

As already teased, the new Spocklet from Team Spockholm is released now. This post shall help you with all the features that it has.

The Property Manager is a big script that is meant to cover everything regarding properties, from collecting, crafting, upgrading, begging for parts up to repeated collection of properties in the background.

You can find the Property Manager here.

It is also useful for people who cannot run flash for whatever reason (i.e. visually impaired people) and therefore cannot upgrade, beg and craft in Italy, Vegas and Brazil.

Since the Property Manager turned out to be quite big and have a long startup time due to the masses of information to collect, we decided to make a smaller, sleeker version of it just to collect and craft.

First thing to note: This is still beta. It has been tested a lot, but we cannot test everything. Please be patient with us and we will fix everything in time.

Second note before we start: Do not worry about the "Enable RP spending" button on top. The Spocklet has functions to help you with spending RP, but as long as you do not activate it, you'll not spend any RPs.
When you start the bookmarklet, you'll notice that it takes some time to load. No big deal, you'll see the progress in the bar.
After it has finished loading, you'll see a lot of sections full of information. I'll go through the sections and explain what they do.

Collecting

This is simple. Click the button and collect your properties. You can select to bank after collecting, and for Brazil you can choose to activate the "Taskmaster" (double collect) and the "Guardian" (protect properties) before collecting. The results are shown behind each city.

Crafting
In the Crafting section you can craft your NY properties, the Italy port, Brazil Workshop and Black Market.
For every item you see which items you need, how many you have and how many you could craft with the parts you have. For the Workshop you also see the number of items you can build.
If you click the "Craft items" button, the Property Manager will try to craft them. Don't worry, if they are not ready yet, they will not be crafted.

Upgrading
In the Upgrading section you can see all your properties, the Level and Maxlevel of them, which parts are needed to upgrade, or the costs for upgrading (NY, BK). You can try to upgrade them using the "Upgrade" button, and you can ask for parts using the "Ask" button. The "Ask"-button should popup a Facebook-Wallpost.
Asking for parts may not always work, even if the timer says "Ask now". If your property is already fully upgraded or ready to upgrade, or if your Facebook-session timed out, it may fail. But mostly it should work.

Begging
In the "Begging" section you'll again see all parts, click them to try to beg.

Repeating
There is an extra section to repeat a task. Here you can choose for example to upgrade your Dockyard by 100 levels, or craft 100 Stan Knuckles. Repeated crafting of items of course needs RP spending to be enabled.

Restart
In the "Restart" section you can choose to restart either collecting, crafting or both. For example you can set it to restart every 60min to collect 263$ from Louis' Deli every hour. It's set to minutes so you can play around with 61 or 59 minutes to see what works best.

The "Lite" version:
The "Property Manager lite" does not need any loading time. Therefore you just have "Crafting" and "Collecting", and no information about the parts you own. The settings are taken from the "big" Spocklet, so you can select what to craft in the full version, and then run the lite version.

That's it. Remember, it is still beta, so please report your bugs here.

  1. does this also protect the brazil properties every 8 hours? I am less worried about collecting in brazil as I collect when I need the energy & stamina and always use the Taskmaster position before I collect. I also protect the Brazil properties before going to bed. Once you collect on the properties in Brazil there is no need to protect them as they have not generated the income until it is time to collect again. So protecting them once they become collectable is important.

  2. Yes, but you can just uncheck the Guardian Checkbox then it does not protect.

  5. A stupid question maybe, but regarding this:

”If you click the "Craft items" button, the Property Manager will try to craft them. Don't worry, if they are not ready yet, they will not be crafted.”

Do you actually have to be present to click the button or can I leave it and the script will craft the items when they are craftable? I’ most interested in being able to hit the 18 hour cycle without destroying my personal life in the process.

  6. Sorry for posting this again. My post dissapeared but I have a hard time thinkign it was erased, it's just a plain question so I'll try it again.

  12. WAS happy to see that i wouldn't have to do this monotonous clicking to upgrade my ny props, but the property upgrade for the ny property does not seem to work. any idea why not?? this is very frustrating on my lazy part to this inane clicking.

  13. My page used to load and I was able to see everything described above. Now the property manager only displays to the end of the upgrading page. How do I display the whole page again?

  14. HI!
Thanks for all the work that went into this. Am trying to max upgrade the new "Botanical Gardens" property, and noted that it doesn't appear on the screen. Does the script collect parts for this property, and if not, will it before the upgrade period expires? Level 10 would be awesome...

  15. Why do I have to set up my crafting requests every time I log into MW? I read somewhere that we could set the cookies so when I clean the cache I don't lose my requests - but I don't remember where I read this or how to do it. CAn you help?

  16. Property managers may also manage construction, development, repair and maintenance on a property. The direction of repair and maintenance is quite a large part of a property manager's function.

  22. Would be nice if there was a way to hide this and keep it functioning, or to put it at the bottom of the screen instead of the top? It really occupies a lot of space and seems in the way. Thanks! :)

  23. Would be nice if this could run in the background or shrunken or at the bottom of the screen. It is big and seems in the way at the top of the screen. Thanks!

  24. When I try to upgrade a property (i.e. Mega Casino) it tells me to take the money out of the bank. Isn't there some way to have this done automatically?

  25. The latest version doesn't show the entire page so I'm not able to press "craft" tab. Please fix this or add another craft tab to the top of the page.

  26. Whatever the last update involved, PM no longer loads 95% of the time. PM Lite just doesn't do enough. Is there no other alternative? Even with the extra functionality on the home tab, it never gives more than 4 properties so you still have to fiddle fart around waiting for the popup to load for that last property, and the city-specific consumables builds still take way too long. Sadness! This was a spocklet I relied on. :(

  27. I can't get to where I need to post a bug, so doing it here. I am not able to craft the Robotic Dinosaur in the VFX lab, always tells me it failed to build. http://screencast.com/t/pYr6D9YrR
I show that there is an error on the VFX lab part selection as well.

  29. My property Manager will not show what it used to in order to build attack/defense...what's up with this? I see the Enable RP Spending, but there's no list (weapons depot, trippy trailer)

  30. Why can't we craft from global properties anymore?
