Free Bloody Knuckles

Yesterday we got free Knife Slashes and today it's Bloody Knuckles. It makes me worry that Zynga is giving us so many free Boss Consumables. This can only mean that we will need a lot of them and they will probably drop at the same rate as Brazil Loot. Go to the Mafia Wars Fan Page or click the link below to get yours.
