Customer Support Achievements

If you were unaware that there was an achievement associated with the Roughhouse Rafael Boss Fight, you weren't alone. Most likely you were upset to learn that the achievement didn't require you defeat the Boss but that you use three sets of combos moves on him (1). Those who didn't know were left feeling hopeless because there is no way to fight the boss again. The good news for players who find themselves in this predicament is that Customer Support will give it you. The bad news is that many players are taking advantage of this fact and finishing the boss fight and going to Customer Support to get their achievement. Zynga's is definitely at fault for not informing their players. The 411 doesn't even mention there is an achievement let alone that players need to wait until the third code is unlocked (1) to get it. If you see anybody who has the achievement right now, it came from Customer Support. Nobody has earned it legitimately as the third combo is still locked.
