Mike Nestor got the following pop-up just a few minutes ago. I refreshed my game and got it too. Make sure you read the fine print because not all the packages are 40% off. It says "up t0 40% off on Reward Points" and shows 3 packages that aren't 40% off. I would have showed you all the packages but in between the time I got the popup and did something else, the offer was gone! There was no hidden meaning in "limited time".
