I'm not sure how long ago this happened but Special Parts are no longer on the Free Gift Page.
You can still help your mafia get them if you use the Link-a-Nator by Team Spockholm and post the Special Part free gift link. In the past, items that are no longer on the Free Gift page quickly get converted to Mystery Bags. So far this hasn't happened.  After the Cyber Warfare Gifting Event is over, I hope to see the Special Part back on the page. It would be even better if they would add Construction Workers and Brazilian Timbers.

    Don't count on it coming back. I lost mine way back during the Aztec Knife/Mayan Calender spam-a-thon and haven't seen it since. If not for Link-a-nator I'd be hung out to dry.
