There are 2 New Loot item that were introduced to the Marketplace. First one is the Lattice Armor with 69att/99def and will cost you 25 RP. The second item is the Warmonger with 100att/59def and will also cost ya 25 RP.

Maybe I'm being vaguely sexist but I find it odd that there are now pieces that only work for one sex. I mean, I don't have tits, so why would I want a bra type lattice armor? Also there was some other slutty thing with grenades I remember. Actually, I don't think I'm being sexist because I would think it was just as odd if there was a steel cod-piece piece of armor or poison viagra pills. Luckily it hasn't been that ridiculous yet. Let's hope I didn't speak too soon and our next week new item is a spiked tampon or something.
