Italy Loot to Become Giftable

Share:

On March 27th, I posted a Get Satisfaction link started by Richard Latham of Pay It Forward and asked you to participate (1). The purpose of this idea thread titled, Make ALL loot from the previous city giftable when a new city opens was to get Zynga's attention in hopes that Italy loot would become giftable. 356 people "liked" the idea and last night there was a reply from Zynga. Cerulean Master stated that this was going to be "squeezed into the updates within the next few weeks".  This is promising news and I'll keep you posted when there is a more information.
Thanks to Richard for starting this thread and Leonard for posting Zynga's reply on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page.

  2. good news, but interesting wording re:"squeezing it in to one of the updates". Makes it sound like they have so much more stuff to throw at us in the next few weeks that it is quite a stretch to make it giftable in an update:)

  9. I applaud both you and Richard for your efforts but it seems to be a very sad thing that we are excited about what appears to be one of the most uncommitted emails I have recently seen from the Zyngoids...it's sort of like "ya, we heard you barking so here's a really tiny bone to shut you up"

From cruising the forums, complaint centres and just listening to my family, it seems they have a lot more huge problems to resolve with simple game play before they will likely get a chance to deal with this......it seems they are deluged with complaints about certain game options being available to only some players and then only some of the time; there are major gifting issues; there are issues with the availability of crime sprees; people are tired of the constant begging needed to get anywhere; everyone is fed up with the cavalier attitude of most of Zynga's customer service reps and these reps are getting more cranky by the day because of the deluge of complaints...the game is essentially falling apart and player loyalty has plummeted....long-time daily players are giving up in droves because they can't stand the frustration any longer....it was fun while it lasted but I am joining the ranks of the ones who have had enough...it's sad because the people who play mafia wars are some of the greatest people I have "met" online...I will come back to visit them but as the sang says ...."the thrill is gone"

  12. I have to agree that recently Zynga seem to be doing their best to drive people away. Does ANYONE actually enjoy all these spam events? let alone overlapping them plus having new missions and new cities all at the same time... Mafia Chores is becoming more and more apt as a name for something that is supposed to be FUN.

  13. Italy loot giftable ROFL too late as most of the top players and volume traders have already started (if not finished) dropping Italy items from their top 501 so will not be interested in trading unless for weapons parts

  15. Any kind of news has to be good...At least there was a response...so Kudo's to you Richard for speaking out for all of us...

  16. Richard, I applaud you for saying what so many of us were thinking. I look at it this way.... IF they get off their zyngasses and make Italy giftable then I will be able to send all MY Italy loot to help friends who are still playing the game. As for me - their realization of shortcomings is too little too late.

  17. To all haters:

Quit your bitching! We've heard it all before and don't need to hear you cry on every post everyday! I would literally bitch slap all of you if you weren't anonymous! Doing a great job Ms. Patterson.

  19. Hopefully they also let it drop from fights when its giftable.

  20. "Squeeze into one of our updates"...?
making an Item giftable must be easier than opening another weird spam event...
Hard for me to trust any word spoken by Zynga, as most ppl here ten to. They are just being too evil and nasty lately. Too many rules, too much banning and suspensions and not enough plain fun...
