Arvind Jain was having some fun with Customer Support and created the image below and posted it on the Mafia Wars Fan Page. If Zynga would spend more time fixing known issues with all the features and events currently on board there wouldn't be so many players needing to contact Customer Support and the wait times would be more reasonable. If they can't fix an issue like the "war feature is currently unavailable" then they shouldn't create objectives for war declaration on Timed Missions. That alone would save Customer Support a lot of time.
