Arvind Jain started a great discussion thread on the Zynga Forums. We have to work so hard to upgrade our Refinery and Barracks to get the energy and stamina payouts. Why should we have to collect them at the same time? As Arvind says, all the other properties in the game are able to be collected upon individually so why not those in Brazil. If you agree, please go to here and respond. Zynga likes numbers so the more players who respond, the more attention this thread will get.

 Why we don't have the option to collect our Brazilian Properties - INDIVIDUALLY!Like all other cities, why we don't have the option to collect our BRAZILIAN properties "Individually". Cities like New York and Bangkok, apart from "Collect All" option, we also have a separate tab "Collect" under each properties and where as cities like Las Vegas and Italy where FLASH element is highly enabled, we have the option to click "Left/Right Arrow" to move to any property and collect them separately or ALL at the same time by hitting "Collect All". There are 2 main reason for us to demand the separate "Collect" tab in Brazilian Properties and they are .. 1. The Brazilian Missions where there are so many parts "Back to Back" which requires to collectHeadquarter, Refinery or Barracks etc (different in various parts of the Mission). Now here, we can't collect any single property individually and have to wait for next 8 hours to do this again (if any Brazilian Part requires you to collect Headquarter and after some couple of parts, it repeats again and asking us to collect from Refinery etc.) thus ultimately stopping the progress of our Mission Bar. 2. On the other hand, there are situations very often faced by us, where we just need some handful of Energy or Stamina to touch the next higher level. In this situation, if we collect our Brazilian properties, which gives both Energy and Stamina from our Refinery and Barracks respectively, is of NO USE as any one of them i.e. either the Energy Points collected will be forfeited or the Stamina. It's a pain to burn more than 2000 stamina a day
