Yesterday Mike Nestor posted the
Battle in Bangkok Mission Event 411 & FAQ. It doesn't say when the Mission will start but if the story line follows the current pattern, it should start as soon as the timer for the Moscow Mission runs out which is in a little less than 12 hours from the time of this posting.
We will get another Mission centered in Bangkok and we will need to take out The Shadow King. In case you forgot who that it, it's this guy from Episode 7, Assassin. He doesn't look too scary to me. Didn't his mother tell him it's rude to point at people? How can see anything to point at with that hood over his eyes?
In Moscow we needed to get Bundles of Dynamite and in Bangkok it will be Satellite Phones. Unfortunately the ones we already own won't count. This means more spam in the news feeds. The only ways to get them will be the Free Gift system, the news feeds and farming them from the job "Hijack A Boat Load of Electronic", Episode 3, Pirate. It doesn't matter if you chose Triad or Yakuza, the job is the same but just says 'Help Triad" or "Help Yakuza".

The loot item that will drop in jobs and fights is the Snake Fang Knife
(1) and has the same rules as the items that dropped in Cuba and Moscow. Ten a day is all we can get.

The last part of Battle in Bangkok requires you to do defeat the shadow king, but if like me you managed to finish Bangkok then the only way to finish this part is to ' buy ' it with 25 reward points !!!!! - oh, and funnily enough, Zynga live chat support is not available to ask for help. When it happened before on a mission, they credited peoples accounts with enough points so you wouldnt lose them.
ReplyDeleteFirst off there is no need to b use RP's to finish the Shadow King. I finished Bangkok ages ago and the info I have for my mission is I have already done all that's required apart from the sats phones. I followed the info posted above,went to Episode 3,spent loads of stam to collect sat phones. I now have 105 .... and guess what ..... the only way I can get them is by receiving them from my friends *GRRRRR@ZYNGA*. Oh .... and my Carnaval Masks are not adding up !
