Brazil Property Parts Drop in Other Destinations

Arvind Jain posted the following image on the Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page. It's great to know that Brazil property upgrade parts drop while doing jobs in other destinations. They still haven't fixed the message that appears when any upgrade part drops. It's not a game affecting issue and just makes Zynga sound silly but you would think they would want that fixed. It's good to know there is another way to collect these items as the jobs in Italy require less energy.
I verified the information above by doing a large run in Italy using Repeat Job by Team Spockholm. Here is the drop rate which seems to be better than it is in Brazil! Six upgrade parts per 1,035,758 energy spent isn't bad, right?  Next up Las Vegas.

    best way to get construction workers is to fight in brazil, I get 5 of them about every 15k stamina (every 5 levels for me)...

    haven't seen any in Las Vegas jobs or Bangkok Fighting and robbing yet!

    Brazil property parts constantly drops in fighting in Bangkok, typically 1 part per 1-2k stamina, so drop rate is probably better then Brazil? (spent 30k stamina for last 3 days in Bangkok, winning percentage 97%)

    got 3 brazilian timber and 2 construction worker in 5x ~1K stamina run in bangkok. lulz
