The Mafia Wars Fan Page made a post stating the "Brazil has arrived". They weren't to clear about stating that Brazil is out of Beta and all players can now enter.

I used an account that never plays Mafia Wars and I had full access and got the Bound for Brazil achievement.

This either means that Zynga is satisfied with the Beta test period or the peak of players logging in to check out Brazil is on the downward spiral. According to the application stats from All Facebook, this is what's happening. It appears that 2,968,217 of the players who tried it didn't come back for more.
