Wheelman Bonus for Stamina Jobs

I'm not sure when this started to show up but the Wheelman Bonus is now being applied to stamina jobs.  In theory this sounds great, but we are talking about Zynga so look a little closer at the image below. My Wheelman bonus is there and it clearly says "No energy cost" and this is 100% accurate. The bad news is that the job still costs stamina which renders the Wheelman Bonus useless.
David Patwell was able to capture a few while running Repeat Job Italy and he posted this image on Mafia Wars Loot Lady Fan Page.
The Mastermind and Bagman Bonuses work just fine on stamina jobs and do what they say.
