Another set of Release Notes was posted on the The Official Mafia Wars Blog.  Looks like they are keeping up with themselves.

Now if we could just get a link in the game to the blog or have the Release Notes posting in the game as well. Things are looking a little outdated in game. If players don't know the Release Notes in the game then they might think Zynga is slacking.
