If you add the Murder Permit (34/19) to your Wishlist, you will find it's so big that you need to unframe the game just to see the entire image. Maybe this is Zynga's way of saying they understand the need for unframing?

This is also true for the Rolax Stealth (34/19). That's not a typo, this is Zynga's version of a Rolex, no wonder the stats are so low!

Here is what my wishlist looks like to other players with both items added. I'd much rather have a Grim Reaper but the other two are so big that my mafia may think they are more important.
Both items were available from purchasing Spy Tech Crates which were available about a year ago. They later became giftable. You saw the stats and this is a prime example of why it's a waste of money to buy loot from the Marketplace.
The Rolax Stealth is also available as one of the Random Common items that can be crafted in the Armory and from bonuses when your mafia members upgrade their Armories.
