A few posts down, I told you that many players get compensated whenever they contact Customer Support with their game issues. Some players have turned this practice into an art and will complain about everything.
Sometimes when things happen in the game that effect everybody, some players will take up their displeasure with Customer Support. About 3 days age, I told you that the Love Tap was removed from our inventory (1). It turns out this item was never supposed to be in the game but many players spent thousands of stamina attempting to get one. I can understand why they would be upset that it was removed. 3 players that I know of took this issue up with Customer Support. Lets review the 3 different outcomes.

Sanchay didn't say if he was compensated or not but his Customer Support Agent, Arvin G., stated that "If you got a Love Tap before the said event, we will not remove it". I'm not sure if this is true because Mike's were removed. Maybe players will get them back.(click image to enlarge)

Just like other early loot releases the items are not visible in your inventory,but can be found looking under your profile,or having friend or your alt acct attack you to see them in list of items used for defensive items.I still have multiple Bighorns & Giant Octopus Etc. showing : )

ReplyDeleteI am sorry to hear you got 4 Love Taps only to have them disappear. It really is an awesome weapon! The Mafia Wars team informed me that they will be back in the game around Valentine's Day.
