Mafia Wars Dog Tags Part 2

Back in early January I told you about the lucky winners from the Black Friday Raid who won a set of Mafia Wars dog tags (1). Rylan Owen got his e-mail on Jan 4th and was told in 2-3 weeks he would receive another e-mail.
After 3 and a half weeks, Rylan finally got his e-mail. I wonder why it takes them so long to send an e-mail?
In return for taking so long, Zynga is giving Rylan until Feb 14th to fill in the form below to get his dog tags.
Rylan didn't wait and filled it in right away.  Now it's just a matter of waiting by the mailbox for Rylan. I can't wait to see what these things look like. For all this waiting and foot work they better be nice!

    It obviously takes them a very long time to send out emails. I got one on the 4 January too - but haven't received this one yet. I've got a hat coming too. Must be the most expensive dog tags and hat in history.
