Thanks to Team Spockholm (see the post below), I was able to master the second gift of the Hustlin' Wit Dre Gifting Event.
Request and send Doctor's Orders through the Free Gift page.
Collect enough to master each level and get the mastery reward called Anesthesia which has increasing stats with every level of mastery you obtain.
Don't forget to Spam all of your friends.
See the post below for tips on accepting these gifts. You will not be able to accept Doctor's Orders from the Facebook request page until Zynga fixes whatever the issue is causing the links to not work. Use the Zynga Message Center in your game, the Get-a-Nator or so a Facebook search for posts made by your friends. Posts containing links prior to work around's will not work.
