Rumble In Russia Staggered Roll Out

The Rumble In Russia Boss Fight Event has begun.  It's slowly being rolled out to all servers so be patient if you don't have it yet.  You will have plenty of time to finish and the timer won't start until it is available on your account.  I don't have it yet so will just tell what I can so far.  Bossy Don (who doesn't have it either) got this image below which is what you will see when it becomes available to you.

Here are the posts your friends will make to request your help in taking the Bosses down.

If you try to help but don't have the event activated in your account you will get the following error message.  You will see they are using the "popularity" excuse again as to why they can't seem to roll this event without problems.
