Get Satisfaction

Zynga has another venue for players to ask questions and address issues regarding Mafia Wars.  Its called Get Satisfaction and will eventually have it's own tab on mafiawars.com .  To access Get Satisfaction now, click HERE.

To sign up, click the "I'm a Customer" button.

The option to sign in using your Facebook account is available once you allow the site access to your basic information.

Enter an e-mail address that you want to receive notifications from.  I recommend one that is not attached to your Facebook account as your e-mail shows up on your Get Satisfaction profile.

Once you verify your account via your e-mail, you can edit your profile.

The options are to Ask a question, Share an idea, Report a problem, or Give praise.  Notice there isn't an option to bitch and complain.  Reporting a problem is the civilized way to do this and will hopefully get better results.

You can also rate Mafia Wars to show your current level of satisfaction.  I gave it a 7 since they are trying very hard to open the lines of communication with the community and have been fixing a lot of bugs.

This is something brand new and I hope it is maintained by Zynga.  It will surely be a great resource for Mafia Wars information.  Sign up now and be one the first.  At the time of this posting, only 10 players and 4 Zynga employees have signed up.
