Next time you log into your Mafia Wars account, you will notice a special message from Zynga and a big chunk of you home page will be blank.
The Friend Ladder has been moved to the My Mafia Page. This was done so that Mafia Wars home page loads faster. So far I think it does.
To view your Top Mafia, open the drop bar and select Top Mafia.
My question is what will they do with the extra space? We know Zynga has been branching out to in-game advertising so maybe they will sell it to the highest bidder.
I think they could do a better job of marketing their own stuff like the Customer Support Page, Fan page, Blog, Forums, Game Cards, Community News and Release Notes. They could get rid of the Player Updates and have even more space if they can't decide which option to go with.
I've removed all the non-active members from both friend and MW lists, yet, when I click on "Filed by Rank", they still exist in the 505 member list. Any idea why? Thanks.
