I don't have much information on this yet but will update as I learn more. It appears that Zynga has imposed a limit on the number of loot items and consumables that we can send each day. It's rather generous so I can't see many players being upset over this. Mike Nestor got the following message while sending gifts to one of his mafia members. The strange thing is he had only sent about 25 items when the message appeared. I will try to verify it by sending 10,000 gifts but this will take quite some time to do.
