If you don't have the "Got Tools?" Achievement Badge than you are eligible to receive a bonus of three 7 Deadly Sins Crates just for installing The Mafia Wars Toolbar. Don't waste your time uninstalling and reinstalling it because you won't get anything for your efforts (I had to try, right?).
You should get a pop-up. If not, you can click the link located on the slot for you achievement.
Click the "Install Now!" button and follow the instructions.
When you complete the installation process you will get a Congratulations message.
From the message above, click the "Play Now!" button and you will be directed to your Mafia Wars game and receive a second message with your crate items.
The Mafia Wars Wiki 7 Deadly Sins Crate Page contains all the information you need to know. The image below contains all of the items contained in the 7 Deadly Sins Crates. If you already have installed the toolbar but want these items, you have to buy them from The Marketplace with reward points. I'll use my reward points to buy skill points!

Thanks to my friend Rebelman for supplying many of the screen shots. I wasn't able to install the toolbar to get the bonus on any of my accounts.
