It's ON?...Not Yet!

In the spirit of keeping the "It's On In San Juan" theme as close as possible to that of "The Feds", you should have noticed by now that it's NOT On.  Remember The Feds were here, then they were gone, then they came back and were gone again, etc...?  I double checked my calander and to is infact Thurday, September 2.  It's officially 12:18 Zynga time and we still have no idea what this banner is all about.  Many players have saved their stamina and are becoming a little irritated. 
After searching for the San Juan guy in my game a few times, I went to The Zynga Forum Boards and found the most informative reply ever by FionaWG, Mafia Wars Moderator in the discussion thread titled It's On in San Juan (page 18).
A player in this discussion thread points out that the next Thurs 9/2 will happen in the year 2021.  I hope we don't have to wait that long.
