The image we view when our pages are loading has been changed. Does Zynga not have better things to work on? There are so many problems with the game yet we continue to see useless changes. Why not devote time and resources to decrease how often we have to look at this instead of giving it a make over. What is their problem with guns? It is Mafia Wars, Right? First they got rid of the Stamina Revolver and now or beloved Revolving Barrel of Death is gone too. Will all of the weapons in our inventory be next?

ReplyDeleteAbout wasting the resources, it's usually different people that make image than do programming. So they probably didn't waste programming time on these changes. But for simple appearances, they should leave the little things alone so that users don't get the perception that they are goofing with meaningless stuff while there are bigger problems to solve. I agree with the post above, you should never really need to see this. There are a ton of optimizations that Zynga could do without worrying about breaking anything. Basic web development stuff. Oh well.
