Account Restrictions?

There has been a lot of hype this weekend about partial suspensions of accounts.  Some players have reported that the gifting and fighting features were blocked from their accounts.  I have two mafia members who posted on their walls that this happened to them.  Before I started writing this blog, I spent a lot of time trading.  Both of these players are very active members of the trading community and have sent a lot of gifts to people.  I can't think of any reason they would have to start a false rumor.  Another one of my mafia members says that word on the street is Zynga was screening accounts that had over 1,000,000 gifts sent in their stats.

Here is the message posted by the above referenced Mafia War players.

ATTENTION
We have detected unusual activity on your Mafia Wars account. In order to protect the integrity of the game for all of our players, we have suspended access to fighting and gifting for this account. If you have any questions, please visit our FAQ or contact our Customer Support team and reference this message, "MWPauseFightGift," in your email. Thank you for your patience. For our terms of service, please click here.

Since the posting of this article, one of my readers left a link to view the screenshot below.  Thank you so much Naveen, I spent a lot of time trying to hunt one of these down and had no luck.

 All I could find on the Zynga Forum Boards is a discussion thread titled Can't gift or fight.  At the time of this posting, there have been no comments from a Moderator and one player insists that it is a false rumor.

I went to The Zynga Support FAQ page and searched for "MWPauseFightGift" as the Zynga message in question states to do.  I couldn't find anything regarding this issue.  If you have more information that could verify the authenticity of these messages, please comment.

UPDATE:  Thanks to one of my mafia members, Robert "Slade" Russell for letting me know about a group called Anti-Block Gift&Fighting From Zynga.  Check out the group to see the players who were effected and read what they have to say about it.  
Here is a response from Zynga to one player who contacted them about this.  They don't give a whole lot of information.  The exact reasons for the suspensions are still unknown.  The flagging criteria they used to screen accounts is rumored to be.  
1.  Number of gifts sent
2.  Number of boosts in the account
3.  Number of jobs performed
