After the "Must Play Weekend", I no longer trust or believe anything that is posted on this page.  The "Vegas-themed featured" job, special collection, and new achievement sound cool.  I'm not too excited about getting my hands on some "hot Vegas loot".  What they really mean to say is "get your hands on some crappy non-giftable Vegas loot!
I live in Vegas and know a thing or two about it.  Since we already have collections in NY with Cards, Poker Chips and Casino items, I'm curious to see what the special collection will consist of.  I'm getting better at working with computer images so I decided to have some fun and come up with my own version based on a wild night in Vegas.  My theories on what the special collection, featured job, and new achievement will be are below.  (click on images to enlarge).
