There is a security check designed to protect us from suspicious logins and it somewhat concerns me. I'm visiting my parents in Texas and logged into my family account. I was disturbed by what happened next. Since I was using an unfamiliar ISP address, Facebook required me to do a Photo Security Check to verify that the account was mine.
After the 5th photo question, I was told I answered enough questions and I could submit my answers. Everything was fine and I was able to access my family account.
What if this happened to one of our Mafia Wars accounts? How could we ever answer these questions? Most of the images I got were not even my friends profile pictures. I have 5,000 Mafia Wars friends and I've haven't memorized all of their photo albums.
I went to The Facebook Help Center and found the following response to my question. If this happens you can wait a few hours, try again and hope you get a different type of security check. The photo security check is not the only option Facebook uses. If this doesn't work, you can fill out a report and submit it to Facebook. Click HERE to do this. I'm sure explaining that you have 5,000 friends because of a game will be a good enough explanation.
I tried already for 3 days without being able to access my account. Most of my friends use photos of their pet, their car, their clothes, handbag, or of other peoples, or photo of themselves that are too dark / blurred / old to be recognized. I tried to contact facebook bur never obtain any answer!
