The Union is a group who will help you get answers when your account has Facebook or Mafia Wars issues that can't be resolved through the customer support channels. The Union was formed for the simple reason to give our members more of a voice when having contact with Zynga and Facebook. We all have had issues ranging from missing loot to accounts being disabled. We all have had the exhausting attempts to email Zynga and Facebook and not getting anywhere. The TOS (Terms of Service) for both Zynga and Facebook are meant to give the user no options but to be at their mercy. We at The Union WILL change this.
Our ‘Power’ is in our numbers. Just think if we could get 50000 members strong, how big of voice we would have! We all need to stick together and let Zynga and Facebook know that TOGETHER WE WILL BE HEARD, AND A VOICE OF 50000 THOUSAND MEMBERS IS LOUD!
The staff of The Union will be able to handle most issues however The Union has retained a law firm based in the Midwest United States that will represent members on your behalf whontacting Zynga and Facebook if need be.

Thanks, I have been unable to get into Cuba even though I have almost 400 mafia, level 300+ and have completed NY. Zynga says they'll fix it but don't know when. I'll check this group out.
ReplyDeleteCuba hasn't worked on one of my energy accounts for a long time. I checked the Zynga Forums boards and this is a problem many are having. It's one of the servers and they say that "they are aware of the issue and working hard to fix the problem". That was well over a month ago.
