You can even have your questions answered in the Live Chat Room. They were very friendly and answered my question right away. I asked if the assessment would be updated to reflect the recent unfavorable changes in the robbing experience payouts and was told that it will once it's determined if these changes are permanent. Lets all keep our fingers crossed that these they are the result of a glitch and not an intentional move by Zynga. To learn more about these changes, see my post titled Robbing Changes. Its not fair we spent money on properties vehicles & weapons & it gets robbed & attacks constantly not fare
