Z Lotto Tips

We've had a few days to check out the Z-lotto promotion and Arch-Angel Nemesis found a pattern which will help you target the prize set that you want.  He posted the following instructions on his fan site discussion board.

HERE IS YOUR TIPS TO HELP YOU GET THE 4 ITEMS ON THE ZYNGA LOTTO!
Level 1 Star: use tickets to keep clicking down the first column of 3 scratch boxes; you'll get it.
Level 2 Star: use tickets to keep clicking across the first row of 3 scratch boxes; you'll get it.

Level 3 Star: use tickets to keep clicking across the first row of 3 scratch boxes; you'll get it.

Level 4 Star: use tickets to keep clicking across the Second row of 3 scratch boxes; you'll get it.

*PS* if you get a repeat star that you have already claimed, just click on F5 button to refresh the page, this way you don't have to take a prize for a game you don't play.

Pressing the F5 key will refresh the page, and the "claim prize" screen will not come up again, you will be able to send a ticket back to the person you got that one from.

I tried it out and it works.  It took a few tries but the winning tickets for the items I wanted were in the right spots.

If you win and get a set of gifts that you already claimed, hit F5 to refresh the page and you won't have to accept the item from Farmville, PetVille, or YoVille.

The Mafia Wars Maniac Blog informs us of a glitch the article Z-Lotto Glitch!.  By utilizing this glitch you can get more than the allotted number of tickets. I haven't tried it yet but all the details can be found by clicking on the link above.

If you need more tickets, one of my mafia members, Dark Krypto suggests using the Facebook search feature to look for people who have posted their lotto links.  You will most likely get a ticket back from those you send one to.  It's nice that Zynga made this feature easy.  One click is all it takes to send a ticket back and the best part is you aren't directed to another window.  Just type in Z Lotto or something similar into your Facebook search bar and you will get a list of links.  I also found a few groups created for this purpose.

If you love to play the scratch game and run out of tickets, Dark Krypto created one you can play continuously. Refresh the page after each game. This is just for fun and you can't claim a prize.

Today I received 20 tickets and was able to get the 2 Mafia Wars items I still needed.  I just chose the pattern for the set I wanted and it worked!  I'm finished with this promotion but I will still visit the page to return tickets to players who sent them to me.  All I need to do is click play, hit F5 to bypass playing, and click on "Send Ticket".
