The Family Siege event called Siege Leagues has been going on since September 16th [1]. According to the instructions it will refresh at an unknown point in time. The only way to know when it stops will be when Zynga puts a 7 days timer on it. A new loot reward for this event has been added to the inventory so we can assume (not safely) that Siege League 1 will soon have a 7 day timer. Zynga did remove the banner so maybe they are making room for a new one with a timer. The new reward will be for Siege League 2. If you aren't convinced that Zynga doesn't really know what they are doing with this event [1], Jo Gilliam made a second mini family and her 2 families hold the #1 and #2 spots on the current leaderboard. It will be interesting to see if Zynga changes anything for the 2nd round so families that want to try to win can.
