Earlier in the week the images for the 4th Extortion Run were added to the servers [1]. Today the loot items have been added to the inventory. Today is the last day of the regular timer for the Limited Time Property and there are 5 days left (not counting today on the VIP timer). I guess Zynga could have both of these events running at the same time but that hasn't happened yet. If so we could see it tomorrow, if not it will be here in 6 days. The loot items are shown below.
