Production House Issue

UPDATE: This is fixed and now you can upgrade to Level 10.

Since the final district of Los Angeles has been released we should be able to upgrade the Production House to Level 10 (5 stars). This isn't the case and the property is stuck at Level 9 (4 and half stars). I'm not sure if this is an oversight or if Zynga is waiting for the Showdown before adding the final level and the last 2 consumables. If it's intentional than it's confusing and some players might thing there is something wrong with their game.

    Shouldn't the last 2 items correspond to the consumables for District 10?
