The Scorched Earth Secret District was released in March of last year and is based in Brazil. It is now available for purchase only. At one time these pay to play Secret Districts were worth the effort but when the game stopped working properly they became something to skip. If you do all the jobs, you can get +36 skill points for 27 reward points but a 2X Property Build will yield +27 skill points for the same cost. Having to master 4 levels of jobs and defeat the boss 4 times doesn't make the hassle worth +9 skill points. Another thing to consider is that Secret Districts use your 2X Mastery Boosts and these are much more valuable in Los Angeles. If you are so inclined, use the link below for the walkthrough.
