Team Spockholm has a new and cool script that utilizes Zynga's defunct Mafia Feed and it's called the Mafia Feeder [1]. Zynga failed in execution because they didn't make it easy to pick your friends and limiting it to 10 doesn't really help us to find active feeds. The Mafia Feeder will cycle through 10 friends, click their posts then grab 10 more. You still find a lot of inactive feeds but running it for a while will grab enough of what you need. To use it, type any part of Mafia Feeder into the Spockholm Toolbar search feature and click on it and press start. The 'Loot' tab will show you what you've got. For now it only works on the events that Zynga adds to their Mafia Feed feature.
Ahh... the salvation for the cheaters is FINALLY here :D :D Now script abusers should be able to max out on cards from the feed with a click of a button. Just sit back and drool while the script does all your playing for you :D All you have to do now is brag when you're maxed out... but script abusers seem to LOOOOOOOVE bragging ;) So I guess THAT won't be a problem, lol... funny though... when it comes to bragging about the achievements the scripts get for you... there's no limit to how much a cheater will post... even manually... haha... but still NOT wanting to actually PLAY the game... I really wish I understood this cheating thing... I really do... but I guess I will never understand it. anyways... enjoy your scripts peeps... hope you steal a lot of cards from the manual players who actually sit and browse the feed... and I hope you feel good about it too :) But having no conscience what-so-ever, I guess that won't be much of a problem... but hey... if zynga don't care and have no conscience... why should 99% of the gamers... right? Zynga set the precedence ..

DeleteIf Zynga made more things achievable, there'd be less need for scripts. As it is, I probably play around 75% "manually", but 25% using Spockholm scripts. There just aren't enough hours in the day, and I already spend far too much time on Mafia Wars. Eg without Spockholm tools, I'd just ignore Lucky Break and Overlords completely. The scripts let me actually get on with playing the game.

IF you worked say 16 hours a day - you could earn twice the money... or does this not apply to your real life? I mean, if your argument is supposed to hold water (your excuse for cheating) you must also be applying this to real life... am I right? Otherwise I really don't get your argument for cheating... "Not enough time" haha... what is that? We play what we can, when we can. No-on is supposed to be able to play 24-7 - just like no-one is supposed to be WORKING 24-7... that's the whole point. If you cheat 24-7 using scripts... the "human" part of the game gets taken away. And the human part of the game is essential... but with scripts ruining things... this part is no longer... but I am talking to a wall here, I know :P
DeleteWhen I worked at a bank, we did payroll. With direct deposit, we ran 'scripts' for payday to have the computers apply the money from the companies to the employees' accounts. So yes, we worked 24/7 by your own theories.
DeleteThis is not a board game or face to face game. Because it's computerized and international, we can play 24/7. I've done it awake, and sometimes I've done it with scripts. I've helped and received help and completed events ------ because that's what I wanted.
Tell me WHY that is cheating. Am I being dishonest or unfair? Am I breaking a law? Am I hurting someone? Where's the "cheating"?
These tools are available to anyone. No one can tell you HOW to play your game. It bothers you, I get that. There are things that people do that annoy the hell outta me too. You don't need to sound so cynical because it's something you don't agree with. Build your own blog and rant away.

Try go READING (I know you won't as there is no script to do that for you) Zyngas ToS and tell me what it says about using 3rd party (scripts) apps. I'm pretty sure they will tell you that using scripts are NOT allowed... hence it being illegal... hence it being cheating.
I relaize Zynga has no spine or balls to stop you, because they are greedy basterds who would sell their own mother if it earned them a dollar or two... BUT, be that as i t may, it is STILL in the ToS... and it is STILL not allowed. If you do something that by law/rules is NOT allowed... isn't that cheating?
And as for the hurting part... it DOES hurt players like me. What do you think happens when I for instance try to click a HELP IN WAR post in my feed? Oh yeah, that's right... I can't do that anymore... and why not, you might ask? Well, you see... script abusers have their script set to pick up at least 1000 wars a day... which is funny as we can only get rewards from 5... BUT, script abusers LOVE to brag and it looks good in their stats that they have helped out in 100,000+ wars... RI-DI-CU-LOUS
And as for starting my own blog and rant there... why would I do that? Am I not allowed to post anti-script rants on a PRO-scripts blog? haha... can't stand the rants... stay the fook away!!

Damn right the scripts killed this game!!! Damn near all that is left are script players. I am one of those script players and I could give a chit less if they flush this pile of bugs down the toilet any day now. This game is so outdated its actually pretty pathetic.. I been playing this for years and it no longer is fun, all the same crap over and over. And if they add anything new its just something even more ignorant. So that's why I just let my scripts play it for me and forget about it. So technically I no longer play this pile of cow feces. My scripts do.. :P

By the time I gained 2,000 friends (because the game demands we have 501 mafia and I kept getting friend requests), I finally started using scripts to help my mafia. I still browse friends' pages to help, but I can't do them all and I feel bummed when I can't help.
Only difference is... no-one is saying a touch tone phone is not allowed. Zynga is stating in their Terms of Service, that 3rd party apps are NOT allowed. Also it says, that no-one should have more than one MW account... so, by breaking these rules, to gain unfair advantages in the game, isn't that by definition cheating?

Just like in RL, often the majority guides the circumstance. The script users aren't going away (with high energy/stamina and hundreds of friends, they have a hard time playing manually in under 5 hours). But because this is NOT real life, I apply a different set of values.....after all, in real life, I'd feel bad for icing someone. And it's illegal.

I know values in a game in real life may not be the same... and I didn't mean to imply that yours are... and the reason I worry (well, not worry - more gets pissed off) is the fact that scripts make MY game even LESS fun... ... and my logic is okay I think... just because something illegal is there and being used by millions... doesn't make it legal... take drugs for instance... if you don't like the gun/robbery... millions of people use drugs... but, does it make it legal? so on the topic of " cheating ' ... if i work .. and can only play 2 hours a day .... and some one who does not work plays 8 hours a day .. and collects and gets everything done... how am i supposed to compete with them ?? quit my job ? or use a script .. so that at least i have the chance that person has .. and i think you are way to concerned about the game and what people do or dont do in it ... and maybe you should not compare an online " game " to REAL LIFE ... unless you consider them both the same. ... as it seems to sound like :(
DeleteI gave it a try and it didn't log any items. I have yet to get any feed scanner to work today at all.
ReplyDeleteThis would be ok if it didn't pick up the useless vaulted cards. I prefer to select the ones I want near the end of the day. What is the use of picking up say 5 card 3s and 5 card 1s when I really need the other four cards which are easy to pick up from the feeds IF everyone bothers to post their vaults.
