The London Haul Operations are now available. This is the 21st Operations event and 2 new categories were added. Instead of Easy, Medium and Hard there are now Very Easy, Easy, Medium, Hard and Very Hard Operations. Each category has 5 so this event has a total of 25 Operations. Instead of 10 days, you get 12 to complete it. Zynga forgot to tell us how many Operations we can help in per day. The instructions simply say ‘You can help others in LONDON HAUL up to times per day.’. Hopefully they will fix that before someone lets us know. The good news is the currency was updated to Los Angeles Bucks and the ratios for the Very Hard Operations are 2.4 or 2.5. The

The names, images, job titles, requirements and payouts for all 25 Operations are shown below. Like most things in the game now, the energy/stamina requirements for Operation jobs are based on your level and will not be the same for all players.

The Leader/Helper rewards are shown below.
Leaders get 4 items and Helpers get 3. All of these items will help most players so it is worth it to help in Operations.
If you are lucky, you can pick up some extra items from the feeds.
Only share your Leader rewards. These are the only ones that will yield a loot item.
The feeds for sharing Operation rewards that you help with are broke and always say you are too late to claim a reward.
While doing jobs, you will also get Mystery Bonus Payments. These are a variety of useful and useless items. The option to share them is there but like with the last 20 Operation Events, it doesn’t work.
If you can’t find players to help you, Zynga hopes you will spend reward points to get these done. It’s not advised as the only reward for getting your Operations complete is a loot item. If you do decide to go this route, it will cost 2, 4, 6, 8 or 10 reward points per slot. This can add up as there are 6 Slots in each Very Hard Operations. If you were to use reward points, you would spend 300 reward points for 1 improved loot item plus a few Leader rewards!

You only get to keep the best item so if you don’t get your own Operations down in time, it’s not the end of the world.
And some of the bad news... or, old bad news. 3 out of 5 times when you click a reward post (even one posted DIRECTLY to you) it will say "YOU'RE TOO LATE TO CLAIM REWARD FROM THIS OPERATION" Now, I may be slow here... but how the hell can a reward be collected too late when THAT reward is posted DIRECTLY to one person? And it was posted less than 60 seconds before clicking?? This happened also in the previous 3-4 operation events... and I guess Zynga didn't care enough to fix this for this one either.

The reward sucks and other people can still come and take your reward, unless the one posting do the custom option and hide the post for every one else then you.
