Farewell to Cape Town

District 1 (Cape Town) is now locked. If you try to access you will get the dreaded locked out image. Although not mentioned as in previous destination shutdowns, the Neo-Imperium still has a presence. The symbol is located in the lower left corner. There are 10 more districts to go and everyday starting today a new one will be shutdown.

    Most likely easier and cheaper not to edit out the symbol.

    I think the neo-imperium is present in LA "storyline" too. The "bad" guys wear white masks like the one you get in Brazil (mastery loot).
