The 44th tier of Declare War is on the way and once again the most exciting thing to say about it is the background color will change. This time from purple to teal. Thanks to Oliver for the image link.
Did you read? The title says coming soon and the text says it's on the way. Nobody has this yet. It's just a server image of the next tier and normally when they add the image, the put the next tier out within a week or so.

I guess certain players get the "Next Achievement" levels sooner than others. I am still at 43 and have been for months! :-(
