The 3rd Boss File pertains to Eric Halloran and has been posted on the Mafia Wars Blog [1]. This guy was originally the boss from Las Vegas District 8 [1]. Instead of wasting time on recycled bosses that nobody cares about, Zynga should post something about the news feed issues and what they plan to do about it. My property has been on the same level for 3 days now!
Sadly I doubt this means there gonna be bringing Las Vegas back though.
