The next tier of the VIP Membership Program will be Diamond. Zynga added an ad banner to the game to announce it is coming. If the 6 month interval continues than we should start to see the benefits on April 5th. It’s hard to believe but this will mark the 3 year anniversary of the VIP Membership Program. There isn’t any information on what the new benefits will be but hopefully they are better than Platinum which overall was a fail [1]. The loot item will be the Harbinger of Supremacy and will start off with stats of 750/750 starting on February 2nd. If we had to guess, it will be an animal as that is the only category of loot that doesn’t have a VIP item.
Maybe new servers the whole games moving like a snail I am wondering why they wont do something to fix it if they want to keep players spending.

ReplyDeleteSadly Zynga has NO sense for business... they will NEVER spend time or money fixing issues causing the game to run slow... why? becaise they don't earn money by doing so. Everyone knows that Zynga ONLY cares about stuff that will earn them a buck... if it doesn't earn them anything... forget about it... and that inclused fixing the SSL loading errors and slow servers (caused by massive script abuse)
ReplyDeleteIf Zynga had any sense of business... they wouldn't charge +100 dollars for 1 loot item (VIP loot) They would sell them for 10 dollars... how many would buy additional loot of they were 10 dollars? I would be more inclined to do so... and if only 10 people would... they would have earned the same amount as they would if 1 bought it for 100 dollars... Zynga is just stupid and greedy... plain and simple. They don't care about anything except making money... that's why we have all these insane and crappy copy/paste events... because people are spending money finishing them... so... the more events we have... the more money they will earn... they don't care about the quality of the events... they just need to put a lot of events put there... and hope someone spends money. Sad company indeed

I think this is going to be the last tier of these benefits now. Diamond is as good as it is possible to get. It only makes sense that it would be used for the final one. Harbinger of supremacy sounds a bit final as well,
ReplyDeleteI'm no defender of zynga, but really they aren't a non-profit company and companies are in business to make money..... the issue that us "very ignorant" vip players, as stated earlier is the fact we do pay for a service but the sad thing is we aren't getting the items with decent stats like we used to, other features are good tho. For all the non vip people, don't complain that others are doing it, you can as well no one is stopping u.... I do it because I was never into looting items and the platinum edge and 50 rp per week is well worth the $25 in my eyes.... just wish the weapon stats would grow like they were the first 2 years it rolled out.

DeleteI think that Zynga follow all complaints, when they see that the problem has to do with a script they ignore it, when it affects them they fix it.
Of cause you can spend a lot of $$$$ but then it is up to you - no-one holds a gun to your head. How you play that is where the skill is!
I have played several different games and moved on, yet with all the faults MW has enough players, at the end of the day you don't loose anything and when you advance it makes no difference to anyone else just you.
