It looks like someone at Zynga read our rant about the injustice of the Gifting Spirit Event instructions [1] . The in-game instructions have been updated and now include the clause about extra gifts not counting towards mastery. Some other conveniences were also added and we had to do a double take to make sure they didn’t come from Team Spockholm. You no longer need to hover your mouse over the progress bar as the number of gifts counting towards mastery appears. A tracker of how many gifts you have accepted also appears within the instructions. Obviously Zynga realized it was wrong to omit important information from the instructions or they wouldn’t have updated them. Because you can’t make any mistakes to master the event 10 times, it only seems fair that Zynga would add just one little day to the timer so those who actually read the instructions won’t come up short.

it is impossible to get items from robbing!!(i tried all destinations incl NY but nothing!!!not even one!!!! O.o
ReplyDeleteI'm having the same problem with robbing. It worked fine at first, but today I'm stuck at 17 with lots of stamina and rob squads used in several cities (not NY), with no additional items.
ReplyDeleteI think you'll find it's only the counters in the help popup that are broken - the event banner accumulates the totals of each gifting item correctly, which each cap at 25. I saw myself that the popup tally froze at 30, 2, 29 but I was still getting the drops from robbing and arena. But once the *actual* combined total hit 100 no more dropped
