The Mafia Wars fan page posted the following image and it kind of looks like gifting might play a bigger role in the game [1]. This may explain the 5 items labeled ‘Gifting’ that were added to the inventory. The stats aren’t all that but it would be nice to have things to trade for. The next Secret District is called Send & Receive so maybe it will tie into that somehow [1]. There are 4 regular items and 1 VIP item and they are shown below.
