The 51st Global Property and the 46th Limited Time Property is the Power Plant. The great news is the ‘Ask’ timers are back to 2 hours!  You need 471 parts to fully upgrade the Power Plant to Level 15 but the extra parts received as upgrade rewards will reduce the number you need to beg for by 48.  The details of this property and an updated property chart are shown below.

The standard timer on this property is 15 days and VIP subscribers on the gold tier or higher get 5 extra days. The last Limited Time Property had 16 and 21 day timers so we did get nerfed by a day.

A change in the instructions can be found by clicking on the help mark. A help mark with instructions was something that was added to the last Limited Time Property and it was used to explain the bonus level which this property doesn’t have.  It really doesn’t matter that we can collect 12 bonus Parts per day because after a few days it’s nearly impossible to find an active feed thanks to a nerf involving the bragging posts [1].

Players are ecstatic that the 2 hour ‘Ask’ timers we saw with the Oil Rig are back [1]. You can’t get any more parts per day with this structure but you don’t need to be online every 8 hours like clockwork to ask the maximum number of times per day which is 3.

The individual parts needed to upgrade the Power Plant are Gas Turbines, Galvanized Steel and Cordless Drills. Each “Any Part” request will yield 6 parts in the order shown below. You can also make 1 “Individual Part” request and get 6 specific parts. Each type of request can be made once every 2 hours. You can get 4 bonus parts by scanning the news feed and clicking on build and upgrade brag posts. It’s possible to get a total of 48 parts per day.

Here is a closer look at the Gas Turbine which can be found in the inventory. The other parts do not exist in the inventory.

When you are all filled up on each part, you can build to Level 1 or upgrade to the next levels. The popup displays the rewards you get for upgrading to each new level.

The final reward is a 50% energy refill and a Nuke Dismantler which has stats of 229/315.

For each upgrade you get rewarded with partial energy/stamina refills and extra parts.  The energy and stamina refills are a percentage of your total energy pool and will go over your max energy if your pool is at 100%. These refills can also be stacked on top of each other but once you level you lose what you don’t use. For this reason you should upgrade when you aren't close to leveling or when you need it to level.

Always share your build and upgrade requests with your mafia so they can collect additional parts. The game will tell you the limit is 3 but it’s really 4 additional parts you can collect every 2 hours up to 3 times per day. The timer on these extra parts is a little tricky. They are timed from the last one you collect so if you don’t collect all 4 at the same time they will be spread out over the 2 hour period.


The loot items available for crafting from the Power Plant and the skill points that come with them are listed below.

Levels 1-3: No Skill Points

Levels 4-6: +3 Energy

Levels 7-10 +4 Energy

Levels 11-15:+5/+6 Defense

Who wants to place bets on how many more of these will be added before the game shuts down? By now there is something for everyone and this is probably why the Bonus Level we saw with the Laundromat wasn’t offered with the Power Plant (or perhaps the coding won’t allow for 2 bonus levels at the same time).
