The 40th tier of Declare War loot and the achievement are now available. Collect the 5 items to get you’re the 40th Warlord achievement and +1 skill points. The stats of the loot items are pretty wimpy this time (compared to the usefulness of previous Declare War updates) and soon they will all be obsolete. A closer look at the items is shown below.
