It hasn’t even been a month since Zynga unleashed the Arena Smashup on us. I don’t recall many positive reviews of the feature and for most it was an exercise in frustration. Since you have 0 control or influence over what the others on your leaderboard are doing it all comes down to luck. We are supposed to be grouped with players of similar strength but much of what can be done in the Arena is based on stamina pools. This event is basically a reason to not only get players into the Arena but to have them exhaust their Power Card supplies. If you can live without having all the shiny loot items offered in this event than it won’t be hard to ignore. For a review of strategy and how this feature works, go here.
