Yesterday the loot items for the 12 Lucky Streak were added to the inventory [1]. The feature is now available and we will get 10 free spins and possibly some bonus ones at the end. Some players will get lucky and earn the 1st 4 numbered items from free spins. Many players reported not getting any free spins when the event was initially released but ever since the 9th Lucky Streak you need to refresh a couple of times to get them [1]. Once the free spins dry up this event turns into a Marketplace Gimmick as you will need to spend about 3,000 reward points to ruby master it.
