The Family Business Mission has only been out for 2 hours and many families are reporting rollbacks. This happened last time and Zynga extended the timer but they never restored progress [1]. You could go to the old form and fill it our or wait for them to address the issue with a new one. If this happened to your family than the only thing left to do is start over, hope it doesn’t happen again and find solace in the fact that you are not alone.
This happened to us (BRC family) and is the first time I noticed it. We were on third tier muscle and 2nd tier jobs and lost all progress. Needless to say, we expended alot of our bonuses and resources to make this happen so fast - about 2 hours, like you said. This made the event that much harder for us. sigh, Bastard Sauce.
